At Olga Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

- Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any damaged, opened, or used items will not be accepted for returns.

2. Refund Policy
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned product (excluding any shipping charges, if applicable). Please note that:
- The refund will be processed in the form of a COD for a future purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
