At Olga Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the product, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:

• Return Period: You can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Any damaged, opened, or used items will not be accepted for returns.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable) of the item. We will guide you through the return process.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the amount of the returned product (excluding any shipping charges, if applicable). Please note that:

• The refund will be processed in the form of a COD  for a future purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as personal care products or products marked as “final sale,” are non-returnable. Please check product details before purchasing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
